Learn How To Create Your Own Blog or Website In Under 20 Minutes For Less Than $20

Welcome! The past 2 years I’ve had many people ask me to teach them how to create their own website on the Internet.
I’ve helped some people, but the amount of people asking me began to pile up! At one point, I could have created my very own Website Making College with all of the people who wanted to learn!

So I decided to create this website to teach you how to make your own website in less than 20 minutes for under $20.
The skills you learn here are very easy to pick up and it doesn’t matter what technical knowledge you have. If you follow the instructions you will have your own website up in 20 minutes, and from there you can go on to learn on your own about website design, programming and more!

Think of it like this, I’m going to show you how to setup your canvas so you can freely draw what you wish on it! Your website can be about anything, the possibilities are endless.

Ready to begin? Read on!

What Do I Need To Make A Website?

PICS OF DOMAIN – HOSTING – SOFTWARE

To setup your own website, you will need a DOMAIN. You will need hosting. And you will need software to run the website.
So what are these 3 things really?

DOMAIN: The domain is what someone will type into their Internet browser to go to your website. Think of it as your address on the Web! Your domain can be anything (as long as that domain isn’t taken). If you are making a website for your flower shop, and it is called Dan’s Flower Shop, then you can register dansflowershop.com! This domain will be legally owned by you and it is your property once you have bought it.

How much does it cost? Domains have cost as much as $300 a few years ago. But the price has come down to a very affordable $6-8! The domain of this site was actually bought for $8.41.

Where can I buy my domain? …..

HOSTING: Now that you have your own domain, you are going to need hosting. Hosting is basically space and storage for your website and domain on the Internet. The same way you live in a home, your website needs a physical home on the Internet. This is where hosting comes in. You can buy hosting from many providers online, who will keep your site safe and secure on their very fast servers so anyone in the world can access them – at any time!

Where can I buy hosting?
There are thousands of hosting providers. To make your life simple, I am recommending 3 hosting providers I have used in the past for myself and my client’s website. They are very affordable, ranging from $5 a month to $15 a month. The most important thing to know when buying hosting is to learn what your are getting. Here are my top 3 hosting picks:

Now that I have my domain and hosting, now what?

Now you need to be able to edit and control your website. Usually it takes years of design and programming knowledge to make a website, but technology has come very far. A program called WordPress can manage EVERYTHING about your website, without any technical input from you! (You can learn the technical stuff if you want though). If you ever used Microsoft Word, then without a doubt you can use WordPress too. WordPress is like the Microsoft Word of the Internet. It’s very easy to use and hassle free. It will allow you to design and manage your website the way you want it.

Best of all, WordPress is free!

Now you have all 3 things needed to make your own website.
DOMAIN, HOSTING, SOFTWARE.

How do I put these 3 things together?
Now we will get a little technical, but not too much. You need to be able to connect these 3 things together to make the complete package.

How to do it:

POINT YOUR DOMAIN TO YOUR HOSTING SERVICE
Your domain needs to be able to know “where it lives”. For this work, you will need to change your NAMESERVERS to point to your HOSTING SERVICE.

When you signed up for your hosting service, the service most likely gave you your nameservers. For example:

Here are your nameservers if you signed up for a hosting account at BlueHost. Go into your domain control panel and change your nameservers to ones above.

HERE’S HOW:

Now that your domain is pointing to the right place, you need to install your Software. Not too worry! Most web host come with auto installers for WordPress, so there’s no sweat off your back.

Here’s how to install WordPress (your Website Software):

You are ready!

Your website is now up. Go to yourdomain.com and you will see that your canvas is ready.

But before you buy a host, I will suggest you buy a hosting plane from webhsotingpad.

Why It’s really cheaper and reliable.

Thank you!
